What is Reiki & Sound Healing?
Reiki is a safe and natural way to treat a variety of physical, emotional and spiritual imbalances. Reiki originated in Japan as a healing technique using hands on, or above the body to transfer a universal energy to provide balance and harmony to the body as a whole. Reiki is a wonderful tool for reducing stress & anxiety, improving sleep, and promoting deep relaxation. It aids the body in removing energy blockages that can contribute to illness and dis-ease in the body. Reiki is a beautiful compliment to Mind-body work, talk therapy, traditional medicine and to treat chronic illness and pain.
Sound Healing introduces the use of instruments, each with their own frequency and vibration to bring balance and harmony to the mind, body and spirit. These instruments may include Singing Bowls, Tingsha Cymbals, Rain Sticks, and Tuning Forks. The vibration and frequencies play near, or on the body, to help open up blocked channels of energy and restore the flow of energy throughout the body. Instruments are used intuitively during your session and vary each time.

Welcome, my name is Kiley and I’m a Reiki & Sound Healer. My journey began many years ago when I experienced a Reiki session for myself, and I was hooked, knowing I had some important work to explore. I became certified in Reiki in 2022 and immediately began practicing anytime I could. When I saw the opportunity to learn about combining Reiki with the magic of Singing Bowls, I knew I had found my true path as a Healer! You see, I have always been drawn to Singing bowls and the harmonizing sound and vibrations they make. I bought my first bowl while traveling abroad in Italy, and I have been collecting ever since. Now, it’s my honor to share my passion and gift of healing with you. I hope you will see what this wonderful therapy can do for you! I look forward to supporting you on your journey!
